Caridon Launches New Tenant Maintenance Reporting System to Enhance Efficiency and Communication
Caridon has officially launched a new Tenant Maintenance Reporting System and Portal, designed to make it easier for tenants to report maintenance issues and receive real-time updates from their phone, tablet, or computer.
This latest innovation supports Caridon’s ongoing commitment to improving communication, increasing transparency, and delivering a faster, more efficient service for residents. By introducing a fully digital process, the business aims to remove the delays and confusion often associated with paper forms, long email chains, or messaging apps.
Through the new system, tenants will benefit from:
The new portal is now live and accessible via QR codes displayed throughout Caridon’s larger buildings, or directly at For Tenants | Caridon Property.
Tenants can also collect keyrings and branded merchandise from the office or request items to be sent to them.
James Ferrar, Group Property Director at Caridon, said:
“This launch marks an important milestone in our journey towards a more connected and responsive service. Our tenants are at the heart of everything we do, and this new system gives them an easier, quicker way to communicate maintenance needs while keeping them informed every step of the way.”
The new reporting system officially went live on 3 November 2025, marking another step towards Caridon’s goal of becoming a fully paperless and digitally integrated housing provider.
