Caridon Property has won Gold at the ESTAS for the tenth year in a row. This year it took two awards: Gold for the South East (Surrey) in the Lettings Agent Tenant Award 2026, and Best in County 2026 for Lettings (Tenants) in Surrey. Both are decided by reviews from tenants.
