Celebrating Teamwork, Problem Solving and Plenty of Laughter at the Caridon Group 2025 Team Building Day

Last week, the Caridon Group came together for our 2025 Team Building Day and it turned out to be one of the most energising events of the year. From start to finish, the day reminded us of what makes this organisation special. It is the mix of people, the shared purpose, and the genuine enjoyment we find in working together.

We began the morning with an espionage mission that put our teamwork and quick thinking to the test. Congratulations to James Ferrar and the Red Team for taking first place. After lunch and a well earned recharge, we made our way to The Cube in Canary Wharf. The challenges were fast, clever and occasionally frustrating, but they brought out plenty of competitive spirit. A special mention goes to Analisa Carrozzo and Anish Pillai who were unstoppable throughout.

The highlight of the day was watching the blend of experience and fresh perspectives. New colleagues teamed up with long standing members of staff, sharing ideas and developing solutions in ways that felt effortless. Some led from the front. Others contributed quietly and thoughtfully. Every voice mattered and every person played a part in the success of the day.

This is Caridon. A group of people from different departments and backgrounds who collaborate naturally, challenge one another, support one another and get things done with a sense of pride and purpose.

A huge thank you to Ayesha for organising the day and to everyone who threw themselves into the activities. It was a brilliant reminder of the strength of our team and the culture we continue to build together.
