Accreditation recognises Caridon’s leadership in responsible housing and sustainability across its operations
Caridon Group has been officially recognised for its corporate social responsibility with a Silver CSR Accreditation, highlighting the company’s ongoing commitment to environmental responsibility, social impact, and ethical business practices.
The accreditation, awarded by CSR-A, follows a rigorous assessment process that reviewed Caridon’s initiatives across four key areas: Environment, Workplace, Community, and Philanthropy. It places Caridon among a growing number of UK businesses demonstrating leadership in ESG and social value creation.
“This is a proud moment for the Group,” said Mario Carrozzo, Founder & CEO at Caridon Group. “It reflects the values we’ve worked hard to embed across our services, whether that’s how we support tenants, how we reduce our environmental footprint, or how we engage with the communities we serve.”
From local employment and community partnerships to sustainability initiatives and tenant wellbeing programmes, Caridon’s approach to responsibility is designed to be both practical and measurable. The Silver CSR Accreditation acts as an external validation of those efforts, as well as a springboard for future improvements.
As part of its next phase, the Group plans to build on this foundation by setting new CSR targets, deepening community partnerships, and encouraging responsible practices across its supply chain.
About the CSR Accreditation
CSR-A is a recognised body that helps organisations measure and demonstrate their environmental and social impact. Its accreditation provides independent recognition of a company’s performance across a broad spectrum of CSR activity.
