Celebrating Achievement: Caridon Young Living Recognised Across Multiple National Care Awards
It has been an incredible season of recognition for Caridon Young Living, with our team earning both prestigious award wins and finalist placements across the social care sector. These achievements shine a light on the dedication, leadership, and compassion that define the work we do every day with children and young people.
We are proud to share that two members of our team have been named finalists at the Women Achieving Greatness in Social Care Awards, taking place this December.
Kryss Kamara, Deputy Manager for our Children’s Home, has been shortlisted for the Rising Star Award in the Children and Young People category. Her energy, commitment have already made a meaningful impact, and this recognition celebrates her continued journey.
Suzanne Cooper, Managing Director of Caridon Young Living and Caridon Foundation, has also been selected as a finalist for the Care Home Business
Woman of the Year Award. Suzanne’s drive, vision, and unwavering commitment to
quality care are at the heart of Caridon Young Living’s growth and success,
making this recognition especially well deserved.
Alongside these nominations, we are delighted to announce that Caridon Young Living has won at the Great British Care Awards, London Region 2025. This regional win places us among the leading providers in the sector and reflects the hard work of our entire team. As regional winners, we now progress automatically to the Great British Care Awards National Final in 2026, where we will compete alongside the very best from across the UK.
These achievements serve as a reminder of the purpose that drives Caridon Young Living. Every nomination, every award, and every milestone reflects the dedication of our staff and the impact they have on the lives of the children and young people we support.
Well done to Kryss, Suzanne, and every member of the team whose work continues to raise standards and inspire others. We look forward to the national final next year and to sharing more good news along the way.
